About

I’m Bryan Stephens. I’m half nerd (Physics PhD) and half commercialization expert.  I’ve spent 20 years building, launching, and scaling technology products in the Human and Veterinary Health industries.

I’ve helped:

  • Scale an Emerging Tech division from $0 to $7M/year in 4 years

  • Sell $1B+ in imaging equipment by streamlining technical & marketing strategy

  • Architect CRM/ERP/QA systems across 9-figure corporate mergers

  • Educate global salesforces and clinical teams across 25+ international conferences

  • Get IP issued, systems integrated, and markets launched in 4 continents

My approach is rooted in clarity, consistency, and commercial utility. I speak both engineering and investor fluently. I build systems with storytelling in mind. And I show up with a point of view that makes your product stronger, faster.

A Little More About Me...

We live just south of Nashville, Tennessee. I'm a proud hockey dad to two boys - Quinn (13) and Cooper (10). My longtime girlfriend is a passionate amateur animal rescuer, which means I’ve taken on the unofficial role of house cleaner for our petting zoo: four cats (Smalls, Stevie Wonder, Billie Eyeless, and King George) and a Dalmatian named Knox.

During the pandemic, I started doing escape rooms with my oldest son, and what began as a fun diversion turned into a serious hobby for all of us. Together, we've completed over 75 escape rooms across the country, boasting a 98% success rate. I’m also a bourbon enthusiast and a self-taught aspiring craftsman - I even built a full home bar from reclaimed Jack Daniel’s barrels.
