Working alongside Bryan at Sound Technologies, I was amazed at Bryan's ability to seamlessly navigate between the various departments at Sound (Product Development, Service and Support, Marketing, Finance, Sales and IT). Bryan was instrumental in developing and advancing key technologies that were pivotal to Sound's success. Some of the core products were Therapy Laser, Computed Tomography, PACS and Regenerative Laser Therapy. In addition to his product development responsibilities, Bryan leaned into helping Sound with their CRM system that spanned across all departments. As a sales leader at Sound, Bryan simplified the CRM system for my sales team and helped create reports that helped drive the business through analytics. Bryan collaborated with Sales and Marketing to help with messaging enabling Sound to be the market leader and continuously hit their revenue targets.
