Consistency in Fundamental Messaging

When COVID hit, the necessity to make virtual presentations was immediately required. But to do so across a vast product range required a refinement of messaging that instilled trust and consistency, regardless of the face. Bryan established the Modality Guiding Principles that served as the structure of the company message as well as the core of each modality’s presentation.
Impact: a single, unified structure deployed across the entire sales force in every conversation, leading to the single highest growth in the history of the company, the majority of which was closed across a computer screen.
