Data and Systems Architecture across multiple 9-figure companies

During the merger of Sound Imaging ($125M annually) and Antech Diagnostics ($600M Annually), Bryan was a primary architect in the consolidation of data, systems, and processes ranging from CRMs, ERPs, logistics, IT, and marketing, with full integration and automation. After countless hours of engagement with users across all departments of both companies as well as directly with engineers at the multiple vendors/divisions of the tech stack providers, the final unified system streamlined the business from end-to-end.
Impact: the result was greater than the sum of its parts; the following year represented a 30% growth, the highest YoY rate in company history.
