SeroRepair was a startup who gained immediate success through grassroots marketing and out-of-the-box clinical efficacy. Their growth path required that they lock up Intellectual Property associated with their materials and methods, but needed help to coordinate the research projects needed to substantiate the issuance of multiple patents. Bryan joined the existing team and met with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the space to formulate a plan of attack that optimized the focus of the research strategy within the budget and timeline constraints.
