The first full launch of therapy lasers to the European veterinary market

The primary market for therapy lasers since inception was the US market. Several attempts had been made to launch in Europe, but were met with failure a) because the European market is fundamentally different in its sales/distribution channels, and b) they are “immune” to “American sales cowboy” tactics. Bryan helped combined research and education with streamlined, repeatable messaging to establish a solid, recurring European market. 


Impact: established what is now a $2M/year (20% of total business) sales channel
