User Experience that Sells

Some products you get to build from scratch, while others come “pre-packaged” but you have a chance to influence. MPACT Vet was such a project that was good “out of the box”, but a little too “me too”. Bryan met with the key stakeholders on the sales and clinical team, performed focus groups with users of existing and competitive technologies, and came up with an upgrade package that fit the budget and timeline for a quick launch. This new UX was immediately well-received, and this product has since pushed a long-term competitor out of the market.
Impact: a single, unified structure deployed across the entire sales force in every conversation, leading to the single highest growth in the history of the company, the majority of which was closed across a computer screen.
